"Staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean and comfortable except the laminated flooring, I prefer carpet, breakfast was amazing, big selection of Mediterranean dishes, free parking outside the hotel. Overall, great experience."

"Staff, especially Ramon, were fabulous! We returned to the restaurant twice, just because of the service Ramon provided. The property was very clean and nice. The only issue was that the hotel only had one functional elevator for most of our stay."

"This hotel is steps away from the convention center and is a good 4 star hotel. I would stay here again. The room was clean. Bathroom could use sprucing. The front desk staff were very helpful. Excellent breakfast on the first floor with a lot of variety. Other meals had less variety but still OK. Easy access to transportation (metro/buses) and uber. Air conditioning was not adequate hence the 4 stars."

"I did not like the breakfast everything was cold and made in a the microwave. We had to go out to have breakfast in a restaurant but it was better because it was cheaper and delicious. Everything else was good."

"Overall its a very well located, very comfortable and stylish hotel. The room looks exactly as pictures, there is a safe in the room but no fridge storage, I didnt feel like I needed it but worth noting. The pool and terrace area were ok, pool is a bit small but it works, only thing was that the outdoor showers in the terrace did not work. I would definitely stay here again"

"+ Hôtel bien situé, propre, confortable, extérieur sympa - la qualité des aliments du petit-déjeuner sont très très bas de gammes voir 1er prix ce qui gâche le petit déjeuner dans un cadre sympa ( salle du petit déjeuner ). Les portes qui ne s’ouvrent pas facilement avec les cartes, j’ai vu des avis là dessus avant de réserver et j’ai vécu ce problème. A minuit ce n’est pas drôle de descendre demander d’ouvrir la porte. Et la salle de sport Catastrophique !! À refaire si ils veulent prétendre avoir une salle de sport. + Hotel well located, clean, comfortable, nice exterior - the quality of the breakfast food is very very low range see 1st price which spoils the breakfast in a nice setting (breakfast room). The doors that do not open easily with the cards, I saw notices on it before booking and I experienced this problem. At midnight it's not funny to go down and ask to open the door."
