Inadmissible pour le déjeuner du deuxième matin nous avons appris le matin du premier jour après avoir réglé les deux petits déjeuners que nous aurions faute de service de petits déjeuners improvisés dans la chambre avec des pains au chocolat et des croissants de la veille. Je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel qui n’a pas de service de petits déjeuners chaque jour. Après cette très mauvaise expérience nous ne sommes pas certain de revenir dans votre établissement alors que cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons chez vous.

À notre arrivé la chambre était bien congelé étant donné que la fenêtre était grand ouverte et de plus la chambre sentait la cigarette. Nous avons donc décidé de quitter la chambre pour aller a l hôtel juste à côté novotel. J ai fait une réclamation pour que nous soyons remboursé.
