"The hotel and rooms appear clean and comfortable. There was a long dark hair on our bed, but these things can happen. The breakfast buffet was convenient in the AM. Main negatives would be: we asked for linen and a pillow for our daughter using the sleeper sofa, there were no pillows. Thought that was strange to not have any extras, and they weren’t very busy so. Had a hard time working the treadmill in the fitness center, my husband and sons also had difficulties with it. Was not typical or easy, and doesn’t have good guidance. The card scanner to allow you back into the pool room from their connected outdoor patio did not work, had to have another guest let us in, told front desk and he said he’s been telling them to fix that for months… the phone in our room was not only listed as another room #’s phone but it did not work at all, walked down to lobby to notify front desk and he didn’t really respond about that, just got the linens I had also asked for… was a little unusual. But, I mean, the place was nicer and more updated looking than some hotels. Just a few things that were, like, not great. Staff was friendly though."
