"We did not get any check-in information and tried to contact the property four times before we arrived but no one answered. We arrived in an industrial area at a building without any lock at the door, and there was nothing there. No sign, no people, nothing. We had to book something else. It's a scam, don't book this."

Great location at the top of the città alta with a bus stop a minute away with a direct route to the railway station and airport. Lovely pastries and cakes at breakfast, too."
