"Room was quite nice. Location awesome. 100 paces to the Duomo. Check-in was unique. Not a hotel with a front desk. Gentleman escorted us to pay visitor tax. Then he took our bags into the tiniest elevator i’ve ever seen. We walked up the stairs (just choice, not because we couldn’t use the elevator). Met him and went into our room. Had 2 issues. 1). The air conditioner controller had a U8 error on it. Talked to a girl who came and gave us 2 door keys. She said she would get someone to look...
