The property manager sent clear instructions for checkin and they have a WhatsApp number for direct and instant communication which is very convenient. "Historic building but rooms have air conditioning. Quiet rooms, relaxing lake side chairs and tables. Lake is cool and great to swim in. Free self serve espresso bar and jacuzzi overlooks the lake. Very warm and personable staff. Restaurants and gelato is 10 min walk along the lake, into less touristy winding town of Bellano."

"This property is expensive with no luxury or bells and whistles but it has larger rooms and great location. If you are looking for luxury or the nicer part of town .. it is not this hotel . It does have a nice little restaurant with great coffee. Try the Caesar salad. You can get a coffee, croissant , and water for $5 euros right across from hotel. There is a velvet smokers couch in front of hotel but you have to order something to sit there … otherwise there is no lobby to sit or place to...
