"Very specious room"

"There are some positives and negatives. Good space but uncomfortable bed. Great view giant window opens cool atmosphere but the air conditioning system is terrible it doesn't go lower than 72°f-22.2°c. Quiet area but there was ongoing construction at the hotel and no prior notification. That started at 7 a.m. every day loud heavy machinery pounding through the walls. Zero noise insulation. Safe parking area with no charge. Did not know about the ztl which is a limited traffic area that you get...

"The photographs on Expedia do not correspond to the true state of the property. It is extremely old, dirty, and smells of cigarette smoke. The car park was full of discarded items, such as washing machines."

"Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’emplacement; à 4 minutes de marche du Duomo, avec beaucoup de magasins/restaurants/ cafés aux alentours. Par contre, nous entendions tous les bruits à l’extérieur. L’autre point négatif est la literie: 2 petits draps seulement avec une petite couverture en polar et des oreillers pas des plus confortables. L’hôte était très serviable et gentil, tout était bien propre!"
