Staff incredible ! I highly recommend, friendly and relay welcoming ! The hostel offers a real experience of the city, and they organized fun things to gather ppl in the hostel. Really well located, close to the center of autobuses, I really had a great time and will miss the staff and the hostel !!

Staff were very helpful, events are great and the facilities are good. The toilets are quite dirty and are not cleaned daily, same for the showers, which is a little disappointing. The price is cheap though so I guess you get what you pay for! The breakfast is very basic, scrambled egg with 2 pieces of bread and fruit, would probably be cool to change the options on different days as it gets a little repetitive.

Amazing hostel

Amazing hostel, I got lucky enough to get the dorm all by myself, and I booked a few tours to go to different cenotes and visit the Mayan Ruins directly at the hostel. Everything was very beautiful inside the hostel, it was clean and the staff was really adorable. Valladolid is a city worth going. I had the greatest time there! I honestly didn’t want to leave! Its big enough of a city but not too big either. There are many things to do, the cenotes are amazing and the energy there is great

Partying and yelling until midnight

Really beautiful hostel and very nice staff and great location BUT people partying and yelling until nearly midnight, when several signs say that it’s quiet time at 11 PM. no Internet in our private room and probably not in a lot of the bedrooms, but only in public spaces. Big problems with very touchy hot water and then when we did get hot water, it was about 12 drips a minute! Shower floor very slippery= dangerous. Toilet seat didn’t fit, but that’s not so unusual, though seat is loose and needs to be tightened.

Todo muy bien, la atencion buena, pero hay personas nuevas que no supieron dar informacion de lugares para visitar, los chicos que atienden super educados, las habitaciones limpias, los baños practicos pero no tienen puerta, y son mixtos, no los asean asi que estan todos escurridos y se siente resbaloso el piso por falta de limpieza, las llaves hasta con costras y donde pones el jabon uff, asco, de ahi, todo lindo, aceptable, practico, hay frases lindas al rededor, el pasillo de Frida, super, un ambiente calido, respetuoso, mi reconocimiento a Edgar y a Jaz, te tratan como si fueras familia, yo si regreso y con mas amigos y familia, recomiendo ampliamente el lugar, solo pediria mas limpieza en los baños, aunque los sanitarios limpios los asientos chicos y se sumian, vimos cucarachotas, pero en la vejetacion en las habitaciones nada, no habia olores, ni nada de eso, se duerme tranquilo, en la parte del hotel muy bonito, moderno, y espero sigan creciendo mucho, solo son recomendaciones que se que les ayudara a tener mas publico. muchas gracias por sus atenciones, ahh, olvidaba, es importante tener comunicacion con los taxistas ya que ellos saben de los lugares a conocer, nos llevaron a un cenote nuevo y muy modernas las instalaciones, asi que deseo mucho exito,
