"Super schöne, moderne Unterkunft direkt hinterm Bahnhof, sehr ruhiges Zimmer zur Gleisseite gehabt, trotz mancher Züge (kaum zu hören, da sie in dem Abschnitt nur sehr langsam rollen und Fenster sehr neu sind). Super Klimaanlage, angenehme Self-Service Automaten im Eingangsbereich. Ticino Ticket gratis auf Anfrage nach Vorausbezahlung des Gästebeitrages/Übernachtungssteuer. Das Beste - Badezimmer und Betten. Noch nie so bequem und günstig kurz vor der Hauptsaison am Lago Maggiore übernachtet....

"Konum çok iyiydi, giriş işlemleri kolaydı, daire temizdi. Check in saati çok geç(öğleden sonra 16:00) check out saati ise erkendi ( sabah 10:00) Çıkış için bulaşıkları yıkamamız ve çöplerimizi atmamız istendi, aksi taktirde temiz ücreti alınacağı söylendi. Çok seyahat ettiğim halde bu pek karşılaşmadığım bir durum o yüzden garip geldi bana, sonuçta verdiğimiz ücretin içinde bu hizmetlerin de yer alıyor olması gerekiyor bence. İnternet yoktu ve çekyat olarak açılan çift kişilik yatak şimdiye...

"La douche ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons essayé de contacter l'équipe sur les 4 numéros qui nous on été donné dont un qui était pour les urgences mais nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse de l'équipe. nous avons donc passé un séjour de 4 jours sans douche c'est inacceptable scandaleux et déplorable, bien dommage car le reste était correcte. Franchement je ne recommande pas du tout !"
