Great staff and clean, comfortable room with both a king bed and a loveseat. The location doesn't offer a lot of landscaping beauty, but two good restaurants are close by. And the hotel is easy to find, pretty much right off the interstate.

Had booked property for a sporting event in town and “lucky” for us there happen to be live music in the bar that night and we were put in a room directly above the bar. Had a terrible nights sleep.

I’ve always stayed at this hotel in the past and always enjoyed it. Unfortunately this time was much different. The beds were falling apart. The bedskirts around the bed were tattered. The “clean” sheets were full of someone else’s hair so we were forced to sleep on top of the bedding. The chair in the room was barely held together. You couldn’t sit on it because the back of the chair was flat and nonexistent. All of the material covering the chair was worn, tattered, missing, and full of holes. The carpeting was filthy. The free breakfast was awful and we ended up eating at a gas station. I will need to rethink where my future stays will be when I pass through Valley City North Dakota. Sad because I used to love this hotel.

Place was dirty. Crumbs on floor. Long black hair on bathroom floor. Toilet barely flushed. Sink was plugged: would not drain and had some slimy substance in the sink.

Staff was very friendly. Good price for the room. Clean room/facilities. They had parking for our fifth wheel and truck which combined is 45’. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Overall the stay wasn’t terrible. However, the ceiling in the bathroom had mold growing and the bathroom was gross. The sink vanity was absolutely disgusting. The walls had snot ( I think) and the counter had not been cleaned. You could see where someone placed their cup and had a nasty grime to it. The bed was okay.

Was very disappointed to find out that when searching for rooms in Jamestown a room in Valley City was brought up and that is what I booked. Was told that after four no changes could be made regardless of the fact that the reservation was made after four. If a city is named specifically not an area only hotels in that city should be the result of the search.

Get what you pay for.
Multiple spots of water damage on the ceiling, hair still in the bathtub, and no peep hole in the door. The upside was the water was hot and it was convenient for our dogs.

Great hotel, skip the bar
The hotel was a great deal for the price, very helpful staff, clean environment, super convenient. This was our second trip to this hotel, the first time the attached bar was great. This second time the service was horrendous, the wait staff was extremely rude and demeaning. The bartender was quite nasty and kept insinuating that we were at the wrong bar and that the "gay bar" was down the road ontop of providing terrible service. I will stay at the hotel again, but the bar was not welcoming or pleasant in the least bit.
