"Soon as we arrived the outside was dirty, the lobby was dirty. there was only one clerk on at 5:30pm and he was very overwhelmed, long line. We got to our room and the floor was soaking wet from the A/C unit leaking, mold all over the wall where the AC was.

"Check in with Victor was smooth and easy. When we got to our room someone's toothpaste spit was still on the bathroom faucet and there was a used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. Because I'm a firm believer in "if they didn't do it right the first time..." I used the Lysol wipes I travel with and cleaned every non porous surface I could, including the desk chair that had something dripped down the front of it.
