"We stayed in a room with a bathroom in it as we preferred that over a shared bathroom. The room was right off the lobby but it was not noisy at all. The room was spacious with a small table and 2 chairs. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure but it did drip when not in use. "The room was clean. Check in was easy. We didn't find the refrigerator until we were leaving, it was hidden very well. View out the window was a brick wall. No information about restaurants or things to do in the area. Glad we only stayed one night."

"Everything from check-in to check-out was wonderful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower pressure was good. There is a "pantry" on each floor with free coffee, tea, pastries, fruit and yogurt in the morning. And in the afternoon they refilled it with cookies and waters. We enjoyed breakfast sandwiches from the restaurant and drinks from the bar. There are plenty of seats in the garden to relax outdoors after a day...

"I love the convenience of the location by the mall area. If you need to shop it’s in and around of the area of the hotel. Staff members was very polite and courteous. Our rooms was very nice and clean. The shower and bathroom experience was great as well. Only issue is the cellular reception in the area sucks. "The hotel is in dire need of renovation. The outside looks inviting but the inside beyond the breakfast area is rundown. The carpets were dingy, old and terribly soiled and needs to be replaced urgently. Privacy is an issue when you are not travelling alone. The wooden door to the bathroom was difficult to close. The closing and locking mechanism was not properly thought out as you pull on the lock to try to close the door but the lock comes out.
Breakfast is average. The staff is helpful....
