"The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, which I liked. However, the room had such a musty damp odor in it. the rug appeared to be most or wet. Once I would step onto the marble or tiled flooring; it would be slippery. The breakfast was mediocre; needs more variety. The breakfast menu should take into consideration certain allergies, or possible digestive issues (e.g., IBS, gluten issues etc). The eggs that were cooked, it either had cheese, or peppers in them; two foods that...

"We stayed for 4 days and 4 night. The whole time we asked for the trash and fresh towels daily. And not once did housekeeping pick up our trash. And the only young black man that worked nights was any help. He was always polite and he would give us fresh towels. Other than trash not being picked up or not getting fresh towels. That was okay."

"The breakfast was ok, we decided to skip it, the elevator didn’t work one morning so we had to bring our stuff down from the fourth floor. We didn’t get the room cleaned nor new towels, when I asked for them they told me to go down to get them. Not impressed."

"Hotel needs upgrades. Staff is very helpful on front desk. We had dust in the room pretty visible . In the kitchen for breakfast , trash can that was provided for customers to put their trash in, was very very dirty on the top. It is a great location to casino. I really think if they do a better job and cleaning rooms and maybe do a few upgrades on the interior of the building, it will be a good property."
