"Staff friendly, place clean, very noisy due to highway and train noise. If you have any allergies or skin problems as in excema or sensitive skin you will not be able to sleep in their sheets, The cleaner and detergent very strong. That being said I always travel with my own sheets and pillows. And road noise to be expected due to proximity to highway. Would not stay there again just due to strong detergent and cleaners scents. Other than that very affordable and clean"

"The washrooms in unit 206 was a disaster; mold around the tub, tub tap was dripping steadily, wall paper peeling, tiles cracked, toilet loose on floor, towel bar missing, stains in the ceiling, bathroom fan and light were installed overlapping, just a disgusting place that needs a full rebuild. Bed was uncomfortable too. Breakfast was decent but I would not go back to this place again!!"

"The room was clean when we got there but they did not clean our room for the second stay. We didn’t really need it cleaned, but they had emptied the garbage, didn’t vacuum and did not replace the coffee supplies. We didn’t even have any cups as they never left us any. Rather disappointing. It was quiet and the staff was polite. We left early as we wanted a coffee."

"I arrived at the hotel around noon and left a reusable shopping bag with wine, cheese, treats, etc. inside to be placed in my room before check-in a few hours later. They confirmed my reservation, took the bag and said it would be done. When I checked in, it wasn't done, so I had to call the front desk, and it took over 30min for it to arrive. I also specifically reserved a suite with a view of the park, which I received; however, the park-facing window was absolutely filthy, defeating the...

"This is a nice new 3-4 star hotel - one of the best we’ve stayed in. For travellers with budget concerns, it’s great value for money. Plastic glasses and the standard free breakfast fare but only to be expected at this level. Compares very favourably with other chains offering the same level of amenities."
