"Sheets were not clean and for 5 star rating this is bare minimum. Need to maintain cleanliness of the hotel and upgrade rooms as they become old"

"Good stay. The breakfast buffet is absolutely great with tons of options, South Indian, North Indian, continental, etc. and the spa is great for a relaxing massage. While the rooms are definitely on the smaller side, they are super clean and modern. My only critique is that they lack some basic 5-star amenities like a hot tub or a sauna in the wellness area. Overall though, it's a solid, clean, and decent place to stay in central Chennai!"

"The hotel was everything that we expected. There were few facilities but we didn’t expect any. Staff helpful and friendly. Room comfortable and well appointed. Area around the hotel felt safe . There were restaurants , takeaways and shops nearby so good location but no attractions to walk to that we could find. Round the corner from a busy hospital so some noise but plenty of tuk tuks"

"Selva Kumar was very helpful, all the staff very and helping us to save breakfast for the Sunday church mass after 10:30 , Room cleaning people injabth, Chizavanzin, Chingpi, and subhajit, and Jagatheesh very helpful with water and coffee and tea supplies, food was excellent, chefs were very nice and food was great"

"This hotel has very clean rooms with effective ACs and staff very attentive. Only problems with this hotel are it is not wheelchair accessible to enter the hotel, parking is very limited and too steep of an incline, and the hotel's restaurant has very limited operating hours."

"The reception desk staff could not have cared less if we were there, wouldn’t even make eye contact. The security guard outside was very pleasant. Very busy neighborhood, be careful not to get run down while walking."
