"This hotel has so much character and located right in the heart of the Concepcion area of Valparaiso. So many things to see and yummy restaurants nearby with amazing views of the ocean. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. We rented a car, so needed parking. Their recommendation of a nearby garage had a bonus of a valet to bring our car and even pick us up at the bottom of the hill when we could no longer climb stairs, all for a great price! ! We saw some people get eggs with breakfast, but we never knew getting them was an option—so not sure how they found that out!
