"The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was safe although near a busy intersection so rather noisy. The staff were sweet, courteous and genuine. I recommend the hotel heartily though it is not a luxurious or expensive sort of hotel. It’s SAFE for a solo traveler. "

"I stayed here for two nights and unfortunately had a very poor experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, check-in took about 30 minutes because their entire system went down. To make matters worse, the lobby and hallways had no working air conditioning, which made the wait extremely uncomfortable.
The room itself was in unacceptable condition. The bathroom tub was peeling and had visible mold, which is a serious cleanliness concern. The toilet was oddly installed sideways, making it awkward to use. The floors throughout the room were filthy and clearly had not been cleaned properly.
The air conditioner in the room was also an issue—it made a loud roaring noise every time it turned on, making it difficult to relax or sleep. I reported these problems and was told that a maintenance person was on site, but no one ever came to address any of the issues during my entire stay.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Basic cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort were all lacking. I would not recommend staying here."
