"The kitchen kept on breaking down during our stay, so we couldn’t get a hot breakfast."

"Our room was not clean. There was someone else’s sock on our floor. Crumbs on the chair. Two lamp shades were broken. The towels were grungy and not enough for three people. There was not enough toilet paper in our bathroom. The bathroom fan did not turn on. The bathroom door would not close."

"A dreary, out-dated building and furnishings in my room were depressing. Could not get ac or even a fan to operate. Windows very dirty. The bed was lumpy but the room was quiet. The staff was very nice. The breakfast room was was clean and the food adequate. The coffee was surprisingly good. I felt I overpaid for this stay."

"This is an excellent hotel at a very reasonable prize, very friendly and helpful staffs there. I don’t know if the owner is the author Mark Twain’s descendant, there are photos of him on the wall along the hallway. Good breakfast and snacks are available. The only thing is, there’s no USB charger port in the room. You have to bring your charger yourself."
