"部屋は眺望がすばらしかった。難を言えば、シャワーの温度。風呂桶半分ほどのぬるい湯を出してはじめて適温になった。バスタブがおしゃれでシャワーカーテンが無いため、洗面台近くまで浸水してしまう。部屋の冷蔵庫は全く冷えず温度調節もできない。ベランダへの掃き出し窓のロックが見た目で解る程壊れていて鍵がかからない状態で安全上問題あり。フロントに連絡すると担当がやって来て「治しておく」と言われたので外出して帰ると直っていない。フロントに修復か部屋の変更かを申し入れ再度外出、帰ると「直りました」とのこと。部屋に戻ると状況は変わっていませんでした。部屋の金庫も電池切れで使用てきなかったがすぐ取り替えてくれたのはよかった。眺め、雰囲気、立地はどれも良いホテルなだけにちょっと残念。"
