"The location is amazing but the hotel itself is definitely not 4 stars. If you’re lazy and want something close this would do. But if you’re looking for a 4-star experience. I would skip and find something else."

"Room was old, kinda dirty/scuffed up in places (like the mirror). Don't really understand the jacuzzi in the bedroom? Staff was nice though. Phone to call room service said Not In Service."

"The location is great, right in the middle of the village. Easy to get to the bus, the Olympic plaza or the gondolas. We had a deluxe studio which included a small kitchen with microwave, nespresso maker and everything needed for a meal in the room. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and fresh. It was nice to look outside onto the street. The bathroom was roomy with clean fresh towels and the closet had plenty of clothes hangers. Housekeeping was prompt and early, very obliging and hard...

"The room was extremely outdated and in such poor condition that it could hardly be described as a hotel room. The cleanliness was also below expectations. However, the staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was shared with another hotel, which was inconvenient, and it was only open until 5:00 p.m., making it even less convenient. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again."

"We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Summit Lodge. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the village, making it easy to explore everything Whistler has to offer. The pool, hot tub, and dry sauna were all fantastic and a great way to relax after a day out. The property was well maintained, and we appreciated how clean everything was throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Summit Lodge to anyone...
