Was told to call for aiport shuttle when we got to the airport. Called over and over again and let it ring for up to six minutes each time and no one answered. Finally a guy answered and we got the shuttle. When we checked in, he asked if we needed the morning shuttle, we said yes and he confirmed that we should be in the lobby for 4:30. In the morning a different guy said there was no record of us needing a shuttle and he had to call us a cab. Bed had a yellowing blanket just wrapped with an outer sheet (blanket was originally white), shower had orange scum, and there was someone else's clothing sticker sticking off of the closet. The shower was the worst we have ever experienced - even worse than camping. Zero pressure - it was more of a mister. Also, bathroom sink had no hot or warm water and also very little pressure, but much better than the shower. Didn't try the huge tub, so not sure there. Other than that, the room was huge and has a lot of potential. Tons of storage, big TV, comfortable pillows and bed. Looks visually like a nice place and in a very convenient location, but needs a lot more care and attention paid to guest experience. After a 9 hour flight, a decent shower would have been nice, but will never stay again based on the horrible shower alone. Couldn't even get the shampoo out.
