We loved it here. The staff was lovely and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. We spent Christmas here and it had lots of room to even have our tree. Clean and close to everything. Really affordable for the great space.

Highly recommend this property! It was so close to Roger’s Arena, the room had all amenities you could ask for and the property seems brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room is spotless! It was so nice to have more space than a regular hotel room and the full kitchen was great to have.

Keefer House was exceptionally clean, spotless and well-maintained. The agent was very quick to respond to my text messages, which I really appreciated. I would recommend adding a full-length mirror somewhere in the house for convenience. The area felt safe thanks to the 24-hour security outside the building, which was reassuring given that there are quite a few homeless individuals nearby. There’s no on-site parking, which was a bit inconvenient, but there is a parking lot directly across the street. Just be sure not to leave any valuables in your car to avoid break-ins. Overall, I would definitely stay at Keefer House again.

5 stars ⭐️ out of 5 for this amazing hotel. Ideally situated in downtown Vancouver (Chinatown), the thoughtfulness of this hotel is breathtaking, everything you need in a spacious well appointed suite, a real home from home. The security is also top notch, with a guard on duty at night (he is very friendly but not intrusive). Would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be staying again.
The view from the roof is great too!

Absolutely love this place and the apartment itself. Super clean and easy to access. The staff have great communication. Only issue is it is in a hot spot for the homeless so I would avoid some of the streets after dark, and a little bit noisy after the Canucks play since the arena is down the street.
