A great hotel, badly let down by the restaurant. Slow service, high prices, and staff that behave like they’d rather be somewhere else. The rest of the hotel stay was fantastic though. Wonderful room, a smooth check in, a very convenient coffee shop and a lovely little store just off the lobby.

Hotel Willo (formerly YWCA Hotel Vancouver)
This hotel is decent. Our only complaint is that it is way too expensive. The amenities do not justify the price that we paid. There are no tissue boxes in the room, no coffee machine in the room, no lotion. It would be fine if you were paying $100 or $150 per night at most. We paid far more than ...
