Staff is always extremely helpful and room service the people are wonderful hardworking and so giving. For a casino hotel it’s incredible how quiet and lovely it is. It’s truly an experience. "It’s just a bed covered with four walls, the towels smells awful as they are not washed, and the bed sheets are not replaced. Washroom shared, No TV, AC, heater or air circulation in the room."

"Had difficulty in parking. The receiption desk told me without sharing concern that I was reaching there in the midnight to park and there was no parking due to construction. I came with family of 4 staying in two rooms, they asked me to park near by a Trash Collection box in the dark. They said they can assure me the parking lot in the next day of my 4 days trip. Felt lots of inconvenience "
