Great hotel in a great location. Within walking distance of the shops on Robson Street and Gastown if you enjoy longer walks. Enjoyed watching the cruise ships depart from Canada Place. Staff were very friendly and service was excellent in the breakfast room.

Great location, the room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were super kind. They offer complimentary, made-to-order breakfast and there's a Nespresso machine with pods in the room (also included). Next door to the Metro too!

Except the elevator being out of order everything else was great. Excellent service from the staff and the hot breakfast was very good. My wife loved the French soap and shampoo provided.

Staff were very helping with assistance during our stay. Unfortunately a lift malfunction occurred during our stay and we were advised and supported with the carrying of luggage and personal assistance. Great central location to all city attractions.

Excellent location! If you are arriving by ship, it is an easy walk from the cruise terminal. Right downtown very easy to get around from there. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. And don’t miss breakfast! Freshly cooked hot full breakfast. Simply wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the exceptional service provided by the front desk team. They were incredibly responsible, attentive, and always proactive in offering help whenever we needed it. Every time we left or returned to the hotel, we were warmly greeted with genuine friendliness, which made us feel very welcome and at home. What touched us the most was their thoughtful gesture after learning that my mother prefers to drink hot water — they kindly lent us a kettle for our stay. This level of care and attention to detail made a big difference and showed how much they value their guests. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We would definitely love to come back again!

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff that are very nice, friendly and attentive to you. The hotel is right on the corner so very convenient and close or walking distance to the station, gastown and not far from Chinatown. Plus other close by restaurants, bars, shops and market. The room is spacious, clean and very is functional. The parking garage is abit tricky since you have to get a remote from the hotel and parking within next door building and once you check out, they will have a staff open the door for you to get into the garage. They do have bakery, restaurant and a bar (I think) and we had breakfast there and it was great with also great service. Overall we had a wonderful, peaceful and enjoyable stay here. Will come back and stay here when I’m in town for sure.

Room was comfortable and clean. Juan at the front was extremely helpful and informative. Brent the helpful and joyous doorman was a delight to say hi to everyday. The free breakfast was good and a great amenity to have.

Un pequeño hotel, MUY bien ubicado, a unos pasos de una estación de metro. Tiene un café/panadería delicioso justo al lado y un steakhouse de buen calibre, también al lado. La habitación es ligeramente pequeña, pero suficiente para una familia de 4. El personal muy atento y con ganas de ayudar. Muy recomendable este hotelito!

The 2 big attractions at the St Regis are the staff and the breakfast. Both are worth the stay. In addition, the location in downtown Vancouver was perfect for us, offering easy walking to everywhere we needed to go. Little touches like chocolates on the pillow when we arrived were a nice addition. The parking is a bit odd, across an alley and under a building next door, but the security fob worked fine and there was plenty of parking. We were driving an EV and they even provided free access to an EV charger! We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

This hotel made our Vancouver experience wonderful. The room was modern and very clean, with a high-quality bathroom. The bed and sheets were extremely comfortable after long days out. The staff were very helpful and attentive, and some even spoke Spanish, which we really appreciated. The location is fantastic. We could easily walk out early in the morning for coffee—Nemesis, a top-rated café, is just 5 minutes away. We also felt safe going out late at night, with many restaurants nearby.
