"Heated bathroom floor was nice. The room was only cleaned after 3 days therefore we ran out of towels, Kleenex and toilet paper. The breakfast was mediocre. The croissants and English muffins were stale. The eggs were terrible and sausages seemed uncooked. The unlimited coffee was ok. One day we had to leave early for an excursion and showed up for breakfast at 6 am, the time advertised.
At 6:20 am it still wasn’t open so we had to go somewhere else for breakfast.
