Hôtel Palace Royal Centre-Ville par JARO
"Room was dirty and the bed, sheets and pillows were absolutely disgusting with stains. Also the hvac system was broken so we had no fresh air to the room for the first day. All the hotel did was not charge me for parking as compensation. Do not stay here unless you have no other option."

"I’ve stayed at this location a number of times before either with friends or my family. We always had parking in the building. It was very heavy rain and for some reason there was absolutely no parking in the building except for valet and we had to park offsite for the same fee I used to pay for ..."
