"Unfortunately our stay was not delightful. No wifi. My verizon couldn't even connect. Loud neighbors after 9. No bathroom divider toilet)shower from sink area waste of entire bathroom. No sign to keep staff out of room while we visited. Phone barely on wall. Plugs under phone don't keep anything tight so phone charging never happened. "

"The hotel was perfect! Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only issue I had was that I was charges 2 $200 deposits for the room instead of 1. "

"This is such a nice hotel for the price! The beds were so comfortable and that bedding was great! It’s close enough to walk to Disney. They said they have a shuttle, but it’s really public transportation. So just be aware. I’m a coffee person and I enjoyed having a Keurig type machine in the room. The sitting area was great so my son and I could be actually in the same room but also we could have a break from each other. He’s 18. He loved the pool even though the weather wasn’t great. overall great stay!"

"Not the best maintained not even close to the picture. Don't get excited with reviews. Is just average place maintained mediocre. I found blood spot in one of the old sheets. The waterpark was plus, but didn't met the expectation. Close the Disney, we thought we'd stay one day at waterpark but after seeing how well it maintained decided to visit beach instead."

"The only real gripe I have is with the TV channels and remote to access them. Not straight forward and channel surfing is very hard....slow response to input. Parking fee is absurd"

"Room was clean, staff was nice. The toilet didn’t flush well. It would come out of the toilet bowl. They didn’t clean our room, we stayed for two days "
