"Despite a long queue on arrival the front reception was very polite & we soon were in our rooms, which were clean & comfortable with clean fresh towels too. We were only staying one night due to an early morning flight the next day. The service of a free airport shuttle was the icing on the cake for us! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Finland"
"Well maintained, great breakfast, close to airport and shopping.
Unfortunately there was no shuttle after 9:30 on a Friday because it was Easter Friday. Instead of suggesting a later departure via Uber or taxi to my relatives, they took the last shuttle at 9:30 and waited 4 hours at the airport for their flight."
"The staff was courteous but mostly English speaking. Breakfast was delicious and lacked nothing for our group. The room was tired and worn out and we definitely expected more for the price. Location is very good; central, but also the rooms were quiet, never heard any noise from outside or inside. "
