Very very prime location, walkable to all places. Good room service The front desk messed our airport transportation. We booked 5 am airport car service, double checked it again previous day but on the day they didnt have it. Last minute got an uber as i had local data plan. Very stressed.

Very good location- close to shopping, close to Kashi Vishvanath temple, close to Dashashwmedh ghat for Ganga Aarti. Very clean and well maintained. Very good restaurant and breakfast / lunch / dinner options.

It's a good hotel to stay but the room didn't meet my expectations as per the photo. Food st the restaurant was amazing. Proximity to temple and ghat is the main advantage.

ガンジス川に近いのが何よりの利点。しかし、私が行った1月下旬はヒンドゥー教の重要行事とも重なっていたようで、ホテル周辺からガンジス川までの道は想像を絶する大混雑で、交差点の交通整理の音が夜中まで鳴り響いて辟易した。

Me and my family stayed in this hotel very recently. The staff were very good. They were always accomodating our needs. Example is my mom needed a hard mattress insetad of soft one, the housing staff really were quick in replacing. The location of this hotel is brilliant. you open the gate and you are on the ghat of ganges. We had really lovely time.

Hotel was good for a quick trip. Very close to nearby Varanasi attractions. The staff were very accommodating. There are no windows in the rooms which can make you feels isolated. But overall decent experience.

I loved the location of this place. If you walk out the front door and turn left, you instantly enter a traditional Indian bazaar. If you keep going you run into the Ganges river and the Ghats. Turn left at the river and you quickly hit the burning Ghats. The staff was also friendly and helped me with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is is great location and attractions were easily accessible general staff was fluently but front office could put a little smile on their face. Rooms and was rooms were clean however rooms does not depict what’s shown in booking pictures. Only complaint was the mattress was hard worn out and not comfortable based upon pricing literally all the springs should be felt.

Location is very convenient to the temple and the ghats, just 8 tom10 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants options nearby. Too crowded roads near this hotel but it’s expected as it’s the main way to temple and ghats. If your main purpose of the trip is to visit temple and ghats, this is the best hotel for stay. Hotel beds and sheets need improvements. Staff is friendly. Stay safe while walking into the crowds, don’t carry any valuables with you.

Positives: The hotel is nice and clean, with decent dining option. The staff is prompt and courteous. The hotel is kept very clean. Negatives: 1. Cars cannot come into the hotel after 11 am or so. If you have luggage, travel with kids and senior citizens, you will have to walk a fair amount of distance before you get to the hotel. The walk is challenging, because it is extremely crowded and busy with heavy traffic, and really filthy. That general area around the hotel is quite filthy. Thus the walk can be quite dangerous. 2. If you get a room close to the kitchen, it is noisy as hell till late night, and starts again early morning. Good luck getting good sleep.
