"Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible
Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible.
Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor"

"Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website
The rooms were not clean or maintained
The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard
The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store)
Hot water was not working in the room

"We stayed in room 616.
This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work.
However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large.
The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast.
We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were...

"This was the most amazing stay I've had in Goa. The whole place is beyond beautiful and exquisite. Its a heritage property with class hospitality. The food was the highlight for us. "A friendly hotel where the staff were all welcoming. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff were particularly attentive. Very comfortable room and bed. Handy for the train station. I found it a bit strange that reception staff would not book an auto or taxi for me but gave me the numbers to do it myself."
