"We stayed here the day before our early next morning's flight. It is about a 50 minute car ride from the Duomo in Milan. What a fabulous boutique hotel! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the staff was more than accommodating and so friendly. The little quiet town has a lovely church and a few shops which you can visit in an hour. The gal at checkin recommended we walk to the train station for a half hour train ride to visit Arona, a lovely town on Lake Maggiore. It was a perfect way to end our vacation. The hotel's restaurant is amazing for dinner. Be sure to make a reservation as it is very popular. We were given a boxed breakfast but as it turned out, our flight was delayed for 4 hours. We enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and changed the time for our free shuttle to the airport several times, which was no bother to staff and driver at all. We highly recommend this hotel."
