"Een goede en schone kamer in het centrum van La Spezia, op loopafstand van het station.
De kamers liggen op de 3e verdieping en er is een heel klein liftje (2 personen of 1 persoon met bagage) waarvoor je eerst een trap op moet.
Voor ons was dat geen probleem, maar ben je slechter ter been, dan is deze leuke locatie helaas niet geschikt.
Er was geen ontbijt, maar wel een koelkastje en een heerlijke bakkerij aan de overkant.
De eigenaar neemt voor aankomst contact op via Whats app en geeft dan...

"Great location, beautiful view, very clean, owners are very cordial, provided a nice selection for breakfast. If you have trouble walking up stairs, maybe not for you but that’s the trade off for the beautiful view. I would stay there again."

"Great hospitality by the woman in the reception. Helped us (me and 13y.o son) with everything from restaurang advises to football game tickets. Would have been 11 out of 10 if it was possible.
Very good location. Near to trainstation, restaurants, marina, football stadium etc. "
