"Our room had a good view from which we could see the Frozen mountain and Disney hot air balloon. We chose to walk to the park each time and it took around 20 minutes on a well lit route. Staff were helpful and pleasant, speaking English well. Breakfast was adequate and a pleasant ambience, though McDonald's might have offered more "bang for your buck" in terms of what the cost hit you. Five negatives stick out to me - the door to one of the bedrooms wouldn't close, the lift refused to take us up...

"Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. "The property was a relief; we originally booked with a different property and ended our stay early and booked here. The property was excellent, it had air conditioning, was clean. The staff stored our luggage while the room was being prepared. The first night there was a problem with hot water, I would have expected them to offer us a complimentary breakfast, but they did not, but the problem was solved the next day. The access to the RER station is excellent, it is right out the front door....

"The property does not have air conditioning, the property is listed as able to sleep 6, it is not a comfortable accommodation for 4 people let alone 6 people. The front door would not lock properly, one night the wind blew open the door. To cool the place, you needed to leave the front door open and the window open to create a cross breeze while standing guard so others could sleep. The card keys expired daily and had to be reset by the staff. The common spaces are dirty and need maintenance....

"We were not send the code to enter the property. Check in is not 24 hours as we were unable to get hold of the property owners. The city tax payment was still taken by the owners even though we didn’t stay in the property and had to pay city taxis at an alternative hotel we found. "

"Fantastic staff, good location & handy for local shopping mall. Clean room & bathroom, has a two ring cooktop, microwave & fridge with a small freezer compartment. Kitchen/dining utensils provided.
