"Chosen for location, the property was a bit underwhelming. The apartment I had (268) was spacious but in need of renovation. Having said that, the wifi was good, the reception staff very friendly and for the money, I couldn’t really argue for just 1 night. Aircon was great and breakfast price was very reasonable. "Great potential, poor execution. Given the amount of time spent texting with Numa customer service to correct issues, the cost was way more than the stay was worth. The check in took over an hour and a half, due to an unusual issue that would have been corrected in five minutes if there were A/C did not work and customer service could only send the same cookie cutter recommendations repeatedly, which did NOT correct the problem. Numa suffers from the lack of a human element."
