"We ended up arriving later than expected because of family things. The staff was friendly, quick and efficient. It really put us at ease. The breakfast was perfect, with a lot of options. This saved us a lot of money and time during our trip. There is even a Goodwill across the parking lot for the things my daughter was not able to pack. We will definitely be staying here again! :)"

"I did not have time to use the Pool & spa, but they looked very nice. Being too busy with other obligations I only had time to walk through the casino. The smoking section did not smell terrible which I liked. I ate breakfast at one of their restaurants and it was good. The room was very well decorated with artwork and fabrics. I like the very high ceilings. The room has a TV, coffee maker, mini fridge, ironing board, iron, & safe. The bathroom was very nice. The shower door didn’t leak out onto the floor. Towels were nice."

"The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming, Lucy in particular was especially kind and helpful with getting us checked into our reservation and giving us information on the amenities of the hotel. The room was well kept and very clean but complimentary toiletries were sparse (had to be bought) and the walls were thin as we could hear footsteps and doors being shut from our floor as well as the floor above us. Despite this I would still come back due to its proximity to the Tacoma Dome and how comfortable the beds were to sleep in. Thank you, staff at the Hilton Garden Inn, for such a warm welcome!"

"Staff is amazing. Rooms are kept clean that I am machines didn’t work. I’d find lots of glass throughout the parking lot, which is extremely unsafe with pets walking around lots of homeless, local and parking around the facility, including walking out to one sleeping outside of my door otherwise overall definitely recommend."
