"A beautiful location in the hills down by the river. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious with clean and well-equipped bathroom facilities. We did not use the spa facilities, so unable to comment on them. The staff were helpful and courteous. We did take advantage of the restaurant, where the food was very good, but unfortunately, my partner did not receive the dauphinoise potatoes she ordered. "Décevant pour un 4*. Chambre correcte, mais TV décentrée par rapport au lit . Plus d'eau chaude pour la douche (apparement trop de monde prend sa douche en même temps). Plats à la brasserie décevants (brochette marinée,mais on se demande où est la marinade...peu de frites et le supplément à peine cuit). Le petit déjeuner était tout à fait correct."

"Toujours une expérience fantastique, mais les chambres les plus anciennes nécessiteraient un petit rafraîchissement. Sans tomber dans les travers pénibles de la nouvelle aile (absence de véritable table de chevet très problématique, lavabo à côté du lit totalement désagréable). L'expérience initiale de la tour était beaucoup plus qualitative, haut de gamme. Back to basics."

"Nice hotel overall, right at the heart of Bastogne. A real negative for me was the lack of ANY British TV channels.....everything but ! Bordering on disrespectful, I would say, considering the UK's involvement in the freedom of Belgium over two World Wars. Must have been us leaving Europe...previous hotel in Leuven had BBC 1 & 2 !! Also the hotel restaurant is closed on a Monday, and I think Tuesday, but the Bistro next door is open on a Tuesday ( or vice versa) Breakfast is nice though, and...

"Really nice hotel. Stayed for only one night but had food and drink in the restaurant. Order burgers but steaks came out, staff were very helpful to rectify the order. The desert ordered however took an age to come out. Minor issue with the plug in the sink being broken and the temperature was warm and the room lacked Air con so it was a warm night. All in all though it was a positive and I would stay again."

"Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben das kleine Schwimmbad genutzt, es war sehr sauber! Abends haben wir die beide Abende im Restaurant genossen, dieses befindet sich im Gewölbekeller der alten Gerberei. Das Essen war fantastisch, man merkt, Frankreich ist nicht weit weg. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten!"
