"The room was clean, they had decorated it for us for our honeymoon stay! They also celebrated us with some cakes as well. The view out of the room was beautiful. The bathroom facilities were 5/5 with ample amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Couldn’t recommend a stay here enough."

"A comfortable stay with really good food! The 2 bedroom suites are great when you’re traveling with family, as there is a large living area to get together. The only problem we encountered was with extremely loud music coming from an adjoining property. I guess there was very little our hotel could do about that!"

"It is rare in travel to India that a hotel really delivers but a good, clean and well maintained hotel combined with an exceptionally good service from every member of hotel staff really lived up to my expectations! The hotel room itself was clean, the facilities were warm and modern and the location was great - central. The service from front desk management (in perticular Mr Praveen) was exceptional. I needed a parcel forwarding to north India, unprompted, he totally understood my needs...

"The food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. I had some problems with the room. Lights were complicated and the shower was tiny. The best part of this hotel was the staff in the Indian Restaurant. They were a delight. I’ll be back in Kochi and may not stay there again but I would go and eat there anytime. "

"Overall a fantastic stay. The entry level room (Dukes chamber) was huge and really well appointed. Some minor signs of west and tear but we loved it- very comfortable. The rooftop dining experience included in half board was outstanding. The first night we had a huge selection on the à la carte menu, and on the second night there was a wonderful buffet. Swimming pool was a real bonus. Breakfast was satisfactory, although the poor man making omelettes was consistently overwhelmed and running...

"Loved our two nights here. Rooms were gorgeous and quiet and clean. Hotel was lovely and breakfast delicious (one of the best we had in India). Location was perfect - so close to the water. Pool was a welcome relief from the heat. Laundry was expensive."

"Very nice, very helpful staff. Lovely property—especially the villas with private pools. Good gym, good restaurant. Only downside is that it’s pretty isolated with not a lot to do nearby. But if relaxation is what you want, you’ll get it."
