"My stay at Comtes d'Urgell was an absolute highlight of my trip to Andorra la Vella. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was impressed by the warm, professional welcome from the front desk team. The hospitality here is truly exceptional; every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.The hotel itself is impeccably maintained. My room was remarkably clean, spacious, and provided a peaceful sanctuary after a day of sightseeing. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail—the linens were crisp, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt fresh and inviting. It is clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work.The location is also unbeatable. Being right in the heart of Andorra la Vella allowed me to easily explore the vibrant local shops, cafes, and stunning architecture of the city. There is something so magical about being surrounded by the Pyrenees, and having such a reliable and comfortable home base made the experience even better.I cannot recommend Comtes d'Urgell enough to anyone visiting the area. Between the top-tier service, the pristine rooms, and the perfect location, it exceeded all my expectations. "We only stayed for 1 night on our way to somewhere else but it was great, could not fault it. Check in was nice and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had our evening meal in the Irish pub, the staff were really helpful and friendly and food was nice. They also had Guinness on draft which was fab. Amazing nights sleep, really quiet. We had breakfast, again very helpful staff and a great choice of breakfast items. Would definitely recommend"

"Great breakfast, very friendly staff and good location (right across from the Caldea spa and a 5 minute walk to the touristy area). We stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. The bathrooms in the rooms could use an update but that is a very minor complaint."

"Location is pretty nice, the rushing water sound is very soothing and the staff are excellent! Some people are stating the breakfast wasn't good, but I found there were lots of options, everything tasted great and there were many more options than a typical hotel. The beds were pretty comfy and there were decent pillows provided. The WiFi worked well and the views were pretty good. I was not a fan of the uncontrollable heat that required me to leave the window open whenver I was in the room and the toilet seat was broken, but aside from that everything was pretty nice."

"📍 Font Andorra Hostel by Nexta – La Massana, Andorra 🇦🇩 We had such a great stay here! At first, we were a bit unsure because it’s a hostel, but it completely exceeded our expectations. From check-in, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable right away. The room was clean, cozy, and well-organized. What we loved the most was our city view room—it was so beautiful! We could see the town and even the snowy mountains through the window, which made the stay extra special 🏔️❄️ The shared kitchen was also a big plus—very clean, well-equipped, and convenient. The location in La Massana is perfect, close to the cable car and easy to explore Andorra. Overall, everything was excellent—from service to room to facilities. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Stay for two nights Room 340 👍 the ski cable station next to it "

"Slope access was excellent ski in ski out. Receptionist was Brill and sorted out an issue upon arrival with great skill. It's quite a steep walk up and down to shops and bars so be prepared for that."
