"Home from home. Nice clean rooms and use of communal kitchen. Excellently located between the airport and Central rail station and within 1km of both. What really stood out was the communication before arrival, during early check in and throughout. Used their restaurant recommendations. First class. Great value for money too."

"We booked a three night stay. On day 1 my wife had a terrible fall in Lucca requiring ten stitches and she lost both of her front teeth. We stayed overnight in the emergency room with no sleep arriving back at the B and B at 8am. I asked to be upgraded to a more comfortable room we paid a large upgrade fee. We asked if we could sleep until noon before we changed rooms. We were told no problem. We set the alarm at 11:45 and vacated the small room at noon moved into the upgraded room and slept...

"It was fine. Website said they provide bikes, they did not. Breakfast is minimal at best, poor choices and not replenished - no hot food. No elevator if on higher floor. Location excellent."
