"A entrada do prédio é antiga, não cheira bem, elevador minúsculo e sujo. O quarto nos surpreendeu, é grande, moderno e limpo. O café da manhã é servido em um restaurante fora do hotel, caminada de 4 minutos até lá! As funcionárias são muito educadas e prestativas! "

"I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel in Florence and I strongly do NOT recommend it. The room had a horrible sewer smell that made it almost unbearable to stay inside. We were forced to keep the windows open the entire time just to breathe, but it was extremely windy and cold, especially at night. There was no heating at all, so we were freezing and very uncomfortable during our stay. The service was just as bad. The owner told us to call or text him if we needed anything, but...
