"Location was fine, just outside of the busyness of Florence downtown. Staff responsive but, room needs updating. Floor was ugly and worn down but, did appear clean. It was just an overnight stay so, we were ok with it. Shower was good. There wasn’t any continental breakfast just coffee spot outside of room. It really isn’t a B&B. More like room rentals within an apartment building. Recommend for quick overnight. Price point high for motel feel. It was ok. Overall ok stay."

"Happily, they had gluten free and lactose intolerant options for breakfast. The best B & B breakfast of my trip to Italy. Unhappily, the bathroom is shared. Also, it isn’t close to the city center, not walking distance from the sites."

"We stayed here for four days and three nights during our visit to Florence and had a wonderful experience. The host was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. While it is possible to walk from the train station, we chose to take an Uber because we had larger suitcases. Florence's cobblestone streets can make rolling luggage challenging, but travelers with lighter bags should have no problem walking. "We felt like the room that was advertised online did not look the same in person. Upon arrival, we noticed the curtain to one of the windows was broken. The mattress was disgusting, completely stained brown/yellow. "

"The location is good , 10 minutes walking to Florence dumo and cathedral , very old building , the room was very strange with steps inside it to get in and steps to bathroom, smell was very bad in the room , AC was strange with very high sound and fixed in the middle of the room with hose with big gallon for water drainage beside it in the room which makes room very strange, the staff were good and cooperative."

"ピッティ宮殿近くにあるロケーションで周囲にはレストランも多く、夜も人通りがあることから安心して宿泊することができます。駅からは徒歩20分程度ですが、バスも利用できます。ドゥオーモやポンテベッキオ、ウフィッツィ美術館などの観光地は徒歩圏内です。オーナーは非常に親切でお薦めしてもらった近くのトラットリアに行きましたが、とてもよいローカル食材の体験ができました。建物自体は歴史がありますが、非常に手入れされているため滞在には最適でした。フィレンツェ滞在におすすめです。"
