Centrally located! Our room was street facing but not loud at all. While they are not staffed 24/7 we were able to coordinate dropping off our luggage until our room was ready.

We loved this property. The location is fabulous. Walking distance to so many attractions we wanted to see. Decor is unique and inviting. Breakfast was especially good. Would definitely recommend this property.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was very accommodating and attentive. They set out a great breakfast each morning with fresh fruit, meat, eggs, etc. The vibe was also beautiful with several lounge areas to hang out in. The rooms were also clean and roomy.

Very interesting small hotel. Gorgeous furnishing, lovely breakfast, friendly staff. In an excellent position. A little noisy at night and early morning when the bag market vendors below set up and dismantle their stalls. There is no lift so be prepared for stairs. I recommend this hotel.

We were able to walk every where from our hotel, just a two minute walk to the Uffizi gallery, Arno River and famous Ponte Vecchio Bridge. Buffet breakfast every morning was great way to start the day.

Absolutely loved my stay here! Check-in was quick and simple, and our room was lovely and clean. The bed was comfortable and the complimentary water bottles daily were very much appreciated. We were close to all the major sites we wanted to visit and in the heart of the city. I would definitely stay here again during my next trip to Florence. Would highly recommend!
