Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, mehrsprachig und hatte immer ein nettes Wort sowie ein Lächeln für die Gäste. Auch das Frühstücksbuffett hat uns gut gefallen. Top. Weiter so. "I recently just stayed here for 1 night cause my flight got delayed. The staff was very friendly & provided a shuttle to pick me up & take me to the airport the next morning. They even provided a bag with snacks & drinks! The room was clean no complaints I just wanted to rest before my flight. The room was a bit warm when I got in but after turning on the air conditioning it was perfect. "Lovely small hotel on the outskirts of Stresa. Never had a breakfast offering with so much fresh fruit/delicious ! Nice balcony overlooking the islands. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Couple of minor points- Shower could do with being re grouted/sealing as a bit brown and the sun beds are at the stage for an upgrade. Just minor points and didn’t detract from our lovely stay."
