"The sealant under the shower door was coming off, causing water to leak out. pull out couch was broken and due to it being broken I did not lift it to look for the remote that was stuck underneath. Came back one day and the door was wide open. Horrible communication. Uber and door dash could never find us. Not happy with my stay at ALL"

"Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined . Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so...

"For a quick trip the property is ideal for its location. The artwork throughout made the place. During our stay we did not have “hot” water, it was slightly warm at best but we didn’t mind since the temps were in high 80s. My only concern was the high humidity in the unit even with the AC on but again it wasn’t a problem since we spent a lot of time out and about. These lil things were not enough concern to bring to management. Bedroom bathroom is a bit tight so I’m happy the 1st level bathroom...

"I did not like the area around for once, 2 is complicated to find the place and you have to park far from the place. Not safe!!!"

"First thing if it’s going to be self check in the place should be loaded with towels, couldn’t get anyone to bring me fresh towels, unit was ok but the couches are filthy use a couch cover or get them professionally cleaned. Located near everything was a plus it was ok for the money we spent"
