Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The main area AC didn’t work well so we hung out in the bedrooms vs the living area. Overall lovely stay.

The property was very clean and had everything you needed such as dishes, pots, towels, BEACH TOWELS & beach chairs! It’s in a quiet area and you can walk to Calle Loíza or the walk to the beach (6 min walk) It was very beautiful, had cute decorations and has a camera at the front door or the patio for security. I really enjoyed my stay

Cozy and neat

We had a very cozy stay at Mood Haus. There are many coffee shops around the area, the location is not fancy but very convenient to access things. Everything was tastefully and neatly set up. I would definitely stay here again.

It was an amazing stay! Will be staying again. Only thing I would say is the AC units may need a little cleaning but other than that it is gorgeous, the area is amazing. Walking distance to everything, and extremely safe!

This was a great home base for our trip to San Juan! The three of us had plenty of room and we really appreciated the amenities: well supplied kitchen and laundry. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but the guest services team was always right on top of things - really great communication. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the beach. I wouldn't want to try parking there though, as the streets are very narrow and parked cars regularly lost their side mirrors. The area info provided by the hotel was excellent. We tried the recommended walking & dining tour and absolutely loved it! Overall a great stay and would definitely come back to MOOD HAUS.

Great location, by the beach. Charging for an extra hour needed to checkout is something I did not foresee happening as our experience through PR with our stays allowed us to stay for longer at no charge. I think is a bit inconsiderate as we had our flights rescheduled and shared that. Other than that, beautiful place, and great communications with the host.

Property is located in a bad neighborhood. Felt unsafe at night and definitely hard to find a parking spot. Don't recommend if you have kids. The inside of the property is clean and esthetic but they do not provide extra towels or extra trash bags. However, the owner checks in with you to see if anything is needed.

Noise from a house party woke me up repeatedly on friday night and finally had to call and report since it went on till 3.30am But also noise from inside the house - both ACs and something next to the washer drier The shower drain was dysfunctional and water would collect in a puddle- they did send a handyman to fix it- but despite of that draining did remain an issue for the entirety of my 5 night stay This can be a good option for long term stay - like if your planning to spend a couple weeks or longer

Lovely stay. I enjoyed myself at mood haus. Although, there were some inconveniences. The shower did not drain, the AC stopped working, and there were many ants in the shower. We did contact management and they helped us the next day and also gave us each a voucher to enjoy breakfast at their sister hotel, The Dreamcatcher. To shower our first day my husband had to unscrew the drain so the water could drain (partially). The handyman did come and replace the drain as promised but this did not help with the draining of the water. They did inform us that ants are sprayed for biweekly and there was raid provided in the home. Also, the AC was back on and running. Some in conviences that weren’t controllable was the lack of hot water, and the fact that despite being told our luggage could be left in the unit until 1 pm after we checked out at 11 am, we came back and found our luggage outside on the porch. Again it was beautiful, just some inconviences along the way.

Dreamy!

Loved this place! It was very beautiful and the check-in instructions were clear and easy. It was also pretty close to the airport and lots of great restaurants. It had everything you could need during an extended trip - so I wish we could have stayed here longer. I really liked the outside soaking tub. They even left us a bath bomb to use.
