I had an amazing stay at Villa Daria. The Villa was spacious, well equipped and maintained. It had everything my family needed. The location was great. The pools and beach were good. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Puerto Rico.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here and it is indeed as described. The property is serene and we loved that we woke up to birds, iguanas, and even saw new crabs that in hiding. It is a lovely, exceptional place indeed. Our stay will be etched in our memories forever and we'd love to be back!

Great place and great location !! The pools are always open and great access to the beach. Everything was really beautiful. The one thing I must say is all the fees that came with the place after we booked it. I personally would have liked to know about the fees when I booked it.

A wonderful private villa in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico. The villa was clean and was filled with all amenities. Made us feel like we were right at home!

Our stay at Villa Iris was exceptional and exactly what we were looking for. The property was extremely well maintained and in a lovely private community. Beach access was steps from our patio, as was one of three pools. The Paradise team prepared us for every possibility throughout our travels, with clear instructions and immediate replies to any questions or concerns. We had an amazing time in a lovely home on a beautiful island. Thank you!!

This place was amazing for my family of 5. The host is always available and so friendly! The villa was stunning. So clean and with nice furniture. They had lots of beach towels and chairs and pool toys available too! It felt safe and homey. I would absolutely recommend for your family and we will be coming back!

We loved our stay ay this Villa. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Loved the proximity to San Juan and the amenities of the villas. Communication for everything was excellent. Our blinds fell on the floor and by the time we got back from our outing it was taken care of. Loved the ability to walk to the beach from the property. The beach was quiet and very private. Definitely would love to come back.

We arrived late at night and immediately noticed several issues in the Airbnb which we reported the next morning to avoid being blamed. A missing dresser handle, a loose wall shelf, a broken hand towel holder, HVAC problems, a non-working generator with a red fault light, dirty outdoor furniture, old food and garbage left in the closet from previous tenant, and last but not least their room was listed as a three bedroom each having their own bathroom which was not the case only two had their own bathrooms the other was in the hallway and one bedroom was supposed to have 2 king size beds and only had one. Later we noticed a strong odor near the AC unit and found the filters were extremely dirty and not likely changed in a long time. After checking all four units 3 had dirty filters and one had no filter because it didn't work. The property manager said the kitchen AC was retired, and the Livingroom AC was opposed to cool both areas which was impractical. The AC fan also never shut off wasting power in an area with daily usage limits. The generator wasn't fixed until the 5th day of our stay. When maintenance fixed the shelf, they didn't move my laptop and left sheetrock dust all over the floor and my laptop which wasn't cleaned until we complained again. While preparing to leave we found a zip lock bag with old food and miscellaneous garbage on the top shelf. The property itself is nice, but the lack of maintenance and poor management made the stay frustrating.

The property was perfect for what my family needed. Everything was within a 20-30 minute drive. All staff members were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Alex the manager was readily available and provided us with different options for dinning and places to explore. The gate guards and security staff were also very helpful. We had a pizza dinner on our last night and we treated them as a Thank You! The Villa was perfect in size for our family of five. My husband, two boys and our daughter. The beds were very comfortable, it felt like sleeping in the clouds. Happy we booked with Lakeside Villa at Villa Y-1. We are definitely coming back.

Alex the host was one of the most pleasurable experiences of the stay,, had a horrible arrival to the island due to phone carrier inactivation of the service due to tower issues. So had no phone to do anything. Ended up connecting with a GREAT stranger named Daniel, let me use his phone which allowed us to order a taxi to get to the villa, called Alex to explain he had no problems, sent his colleague Zander to get us in the property, accommodations met with him and what started off as a shake up arrival turned into one of the best stays, 1000 plus square feet, three bedroom, full kitchen all the amenities, multiple pools, beach’s three minutes away, great patio furniture, hammock, two parking spots and the scenery like my 14 yrs old said what more can you ask for!!!! Alex, Zander, staff, Villa vacation THANK YOU FOR A GREAT TIME FOD MY WIFES BIRTHDAY WISH!!!!

Villa is beautiful and great location in regard to the pool and beach. It has plenty of room for everyone, clean, comfortable, It is a bit far from San Juan, rainforest, popular beaches. It's a least an hour and traffic could make it longer. Definitely need a car if you stay here. There is a beach on the property. It is a small, secluded beach so you'll need to bring your own umbrellas, food, etc. It is partially shared with a hotel. The hotel side is very clean and maintained, but the villa side is filled with seaweed and a lot of debris near the trees. With no umbrellas, you need to stay under the trees for shade but a lot of debris. Great beach to go to during the day for a quick walk or visit if you can stay on the hotel side. It's not a place to go at night though because there are outside people who gain access from another trail and fish, catch crabs. They hang around the access gate with flashlights because that's where the crabs are. They may not be dangerous, but I wouldn't take a chance. Pool is a very nice but the property staff doesn't clean regularly. We had to clear the pool daily. There was also an incident with the bathroom door getting locked and we couldn't locate anyone from the property. But Alex was great and was very easy to contact and responsive. Nearby there is a beautiful beach Balneario Cerro Gordo which is only about 10 minutes away. Dorado is another close beach for party scene.

Alex was great to answer all our questions and concerns We did have a couple issues with the fride hamdle.and the dront of a drawer falling off and there was hair and sand.in a couple bed drawers, but besides that the place was beautiful.
