"Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable. El personal ha sido muy amable y atento en todo momento y las instalaciones estaban muy limpias. Como propuesta de mejora, indicaría el funcionamiento del desayuno. Aunque se trata de un buffet libre, actualmente es el personal quien tiene que servir los alimentos. Creo que sería más cómodo y daría mayor libertad al huésped poder servirse uno mismo, como es habitual en este tipo de desayunos. Por lo demás, estamos muy contentos con la experiencia y...

"Our experience at this hotel was far below what we had booked and reasonably expected. We arrived in Toledo after having made our reservation well in advance, as part of a special celebration trip. Upon arrival, we spent more than 30 minutes outside trying to gain access because we had not received the necessary entry code and there was no one at reception. When we finally managed to contact the hotel, we were directed to a specific room. Following those instructions, we tried to enter, only...

"This hotel would have been fine if not for a few serious problems. There is no way to take a vehicle to this hotel as it is in a restricted area. The expedia listing did not make this clear as the only remarks were at the very bottom of the page. IT SHOULD BE IN LARGE BOLD LETTERS RIGHT IN THE “ABOUT” SECTION AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE! We had to take two large suitcases, one small suitcase and two backpacks 1/3 rd of a mile to reach the hotel. Then we had to figure out how to leave the hotel...

"Very convenient and close to everything! We found breakfast and coffee expensive here, you could go down the street and get it for much cheaper. Bed was really comfortable and clean. The only downside is if you leave the window open for a breeze, you'll be kept awake most of the night by human/car traffic and street cleaners at 2am. Would stay here again as it was a nice place!"
