Arrived during the Spanish holiday season. Hotel was full. Our room was clean and had a lovely view over Toledo. Pool was closed as off season but imagine it would be fun over the summer. Ok for a night or two. Please add a kettle in the room.

Hotel Beatriz Toledo is a large property with a comfortable feel. There are generous places to sit and relax, with several dining options. The Spa is wonderful and a welcoming addition to our travels. There was not anything we didn't like about the hotel or our stay there.

Room to hot. Unadjustable, noisy, you hear a neighbouw showering and flusing. Reception staf is mostly on the phone and make you wait forever. Pour english. No english at al at the spa. Room is cleaned but not made neat as you would expect at this level. Pro: room is big, spa is good.

Big hotel and old hotel with poor service quality.

We arrived at the hotel after a long drive around 5 PM. It was still around 35 C outside. They gave us a room that was dirty, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and the room was warm because the air conditioning was not working well. I reported that the room was dirty to the reception, they immediately changed it to another room, which this time was clean, but the air conditioner also worked very poorly, so we couldn't sleep all night, because the walls were warm due to the high daytime temperature. Breakfast is continental, they try to satisfy a large number of guests, but the quality of the food is low.

El hotel necesita bastante renovación ya que es bastante viejo. El espacio de la habitación está ok pero necesitan poner colchones más cómodos. Ese día le estaban haciendo mantenimiento al agua y cuando me fui a bañar el agua salió amarilla hasta que la dejé correr hasta que se aclarara.
