"The location is brilliant, walking distance to train station and Lake However had a few room issues Looked nothing like pictures when booked There was only one mirror which was in the bathroom/ toilet so made doing hair and makeup difficult if someone else was using the bathroom Also only one socket was standard European the rest needed a special adapter (which I sent an email about as per note in the room but no reply)"

"The highlight of this hotel is the breakfast, which you can eat inside or out. It's a great breakfast, and considering the cost of food in Switzerland, really adds to the value. The rest of the hotel is basic. Staff were friendly, room was basic, location was good if you wanted to be near the lake Geneva waterfront and the neighbourhood offered plenty of international restaurants. My biggest turn off was the smell of the room which hit me every time I entered. I believe the smell was coming...
