"Best spa in area"

"Located near the Kleptuza lake in Velingrad, Bulgaria, this place is perfect to visit with your adult parents - the aqua jets are designed to massage the entire body, and specifically feet, shoulders, and back, parts that need the special mineral water treatment, so the peripheral nerve system is reenergized. The local food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very friendly."

"Quarto limpo, grande, tranquilo. Refeições boas. Piscinas limpas e quentinhas. Não usei o SPA por opção minha. Bom estacionamento coberto. "Great place to stay for a couple nights to explore Rila national park. Comfortable beds and beddings, great food, breakfast and dinner."

"The staff were fantastic and the facilities are amazing."

"Our room was spacious with a nice balcony and lovely Mountain View’s. We used the jacuzzi but the jets didn’t work. The sauna and steam room were great. The breakfast on Sunday was quite a spread. The hostess was quite brusque. We enjoyed our stay. We had a car. The walk to town would be too long for some people."
